Cheese & Mustard Bubble & Squeak Wrap with Shredded Beetroot and Freshly Buttered Asparagus 1 Large Tomato Wrap 50g Bubble & Squeak (see recipe) 2 tbsp Cheddar cheese 1 tsp mustard 2 tbsp shredded beetroot 3 freshly cooked buttered asparagus Salt and freshly milled black pepper Place all the above ingredients into a bowl and season well, mix thoroughly. Place the bubble & Squeak mixture onto the wrap, add the shredded beetroot and asparagus. To make up the wrap start by folding a quarter moon from the front of the wrap, fold in the sides and roll up completely. Press the wrap down firmly and cut in the centre at an angle. Place the wrap in the toastabag and toast for 3-4 minutes.
