Cinnamon with Plum Sauce 25g best butter 2 slices of Brioche 1/2 tsp cinnamon 50g apple thinly sliced 4 Spinach leafs 1 tbsp Plum sauce Butter the brioche, sprinkle with cinnamon and completely cover the base bread with thin slices of apple. Top with leaf of spinach and then spread over lightly with the plum sauce. Make up the sandwich, place in the toastabag and toast for 2-3 minutes.
