Sausage with Caramelised Onions 75g thinly sliced grilled pork sausage Caramelised onion 50g thinly sliced onion 1 tsp vinegar 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp butter 2 slices of bread Place all ingredients into a pan and cook until the onions are soft. Season to taste. Allow the onions to cool and then place the sausage and onions between 2 slices of bread. Make up the sandwich, place in the toastabag and toast for 3-4 minutes.
