Savoury Melt 2 thick slices of bread 25g soft butter 2 Anchovies 1 egg yolk 1 tbsp double cream 50g Wensleydale cheese, crumbled Butter the bread and place to one side Chop the anchovies fine and blend them with the yolk of egg, cream and cheese. Season well with a small pinch of cayenne. Place the creamed melt onto the bread, Make up the sandwich, place in the toastabag and toast for 3-4 minutes.
